SLA – Power Generation

ACT has been awarded with a Services Level Agreement from one of the largest Power Generation and Distribution company in Pakistan. This service level agreement  contains both preventive and corrective(remote and on-site) support services with response time (delivery) between 4 ~ 24 hours depending upon the nature of the circumstances.

Scope of work is related to the PLC system and the main DCS System. All the PLC units are of Allen Bradley (ControlLogix / MicroLogix and SLC System) and the main DCS System is of Emerson (Ovation).
